4.1 Where We Store Your Data

Your data is stored using the following services:

• Firebase (Google): User authentication and account management
• Amazon Web Services (AWS): Application data including pools, picks, and standings

Our servers are located in the United States.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

• Encryption of data in transit using HTTPS/TLS
• Secure authentication through Firebase
• Access controls and authentication for our systems
• Regular security assessments

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

The App uses the following third-party services that may collect information:

• Within Pools: Other members of pools you join can see your display name, picks (after games start), and standings

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Pool and picks data is retained for historical reference and leaderboard calculations.

You can access and update your account information through the App's settings.

8.2 Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us at the email address below. Upon request, we will delete your account and associated personal data, except where retention is required by law.

You can opt out of non-essential notifications through the App's settings or your device settings.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information.

10. International Users

If you are accessing the App from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States.
